Thrombosis West 2012 - SAVE THE DATE!
A comprehensive update to assist with the implementation of evidence-based management strategies for patients with venous and arterial thrombotic diseases, such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), myocardial infarction, peripheral arterial disease, and stroke.
Who: Community and hospital-based Physicians, Pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, and students who provide care to patients with (or at risk for) thrombotic disorders in the Western U.S.
