In 2010, over 63 percent of people in the United States were overweight or obese. To win, we have to lose. "The Weight of the Nation" is a four-part documentary film, featuring case studies and interviews with experts as well as individuals and families struggling with obesity. There will be a free screening of Part 4 in West Valley City on January 15th join us the day before to learn about the first three parts of the film!

Registered dietician Jonnell Masson will examine the scope and consequences
of the obesity epidemic, the science behind obesity and weight loss, and
the impact the epidemic is having on our nation's children. Learn how
you and your community can promote healthy eating and active living.
