T.R.A.I.L. TALK EDUCATION SERIES: "Nutrition"

"Trail Talk" is a monthly spinal cord injury focused learning and social opportunity for individuals with spinal cord injury or disease . The spinal cord injury related topics for this educational series are peer chosen. This month Audrey Lee will present "Nutrition". She will present nutrition basics and what is healthy for you!!

TRAIL TALK will be held at the Salt Lake City Main Library, Conference Room B.
Conference Room B is located on the library's lower level, beneath the library's main foyer. The room is accessible by using the elevator located next to the library's auditorium. Take the elevator to the lower level and turn left when you exit the elevator.
