T.R.A.I.L.S. - Indoor Spinning Classes

Trails is a comprehensive outreach program of the Rehabilitation Center at University of Utah Health Care, for individuals with spinal cord injury or disease.

TRAILS is a comprehensive outreach program of the Rehabilitation Center at University of Utah Health Care, for individuals with spinal cord injury or disease.  TRAILS provides the equipment for all injury levels and provides assistance for each session.

Spinning classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm beginning July 10th, in the University of Utah Health Care Rehabilitation Center's Occupational Therapy Gym. The gym is located on the 1st floor of the Rehabilitation Center in the School of Medicine, University Hospital.


No spinning class on Tuesday, July 24th.
