Free Presentations
We believe that education is the key to prevention. Our Preventative Cardiology team provides off-site visits to schools and organizations to increase community awareness of how to prevent cardiovascular disease. Topics include:
- Anatomy and Physiology of the Heart
- Exercise
- Nutrition
- Smoking Cessation
- Risk Factor Modification
- Stress Management

Free Education Series
Our free education series begins in March. Classes are FREE and everyone is encouraged to attend. See our Calendar of events for Dates and Times.
Health Fairs
As part of our community outreach program, we participate in health fairs throughout the State of Utah. An extensive display of educational materials is offered to the public on all the major risk factors for heart disease providing education and help on how to manage each risk factor. Senior Wellness Program
