This is a retrospective review with a prospective follow-up, which will obtain information regarding the rate of recurrence of shoulder dislocation following Bristow-Latarjet shoulder repair based on validated shoulder scores (SANE, Rowe score, Western Ontario shoulder instability index) and the correlation with the accuracy of Bristow-Latarjet coracoid transposition based on radiographic review.

Retrospective part Inclusion criteria:
- 18 years of age and older male and female.
- Patients of Dr. Burks, Dr. Tashjian, and Dr. Greis that have undergone Britow-Latarjet shoulder repair (CPT 23462, Icd-9 718.21, 718.31, 718.81, 996.49, 831.01, 831.11, 840.2, 840.5) between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2011.
Prospective Part Inclusion Criteria:
- 18 years of age and older male and female
- Patients of Dr. Burks, Dr. Tashjian, and Dr. Greis that have undergone Bristow-Latarjet shoulder repair between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2011.
- Patients who agree to participate in the study
Pregnant Women.
The participant must attest to the fact that he/she has not participated in any previous research studies involving the use of ionizing radiation (either radioisotopes or diagnostic x-rays during the past 12 months. Further, the participant should not volunteer for other research studies involving the use of ionizing radiation within 12 months of completing the current study.
