Brief Summary

The objective of this study is to evaluate the long-term clinical outcomes for participants who received a distal triceps repair for treatment of distal triceps rupture.

Arm 1 is to utilize prospective contact of patients who underwent distal triceps repair at the University of Utah to return to the clinic for physical evaluation.

Arm 2 is to utilize secondary data collection from external sites who have long-term clinical follow-up of patients who received distal triceps repair.

Inclusion Criteria

Arm 1- Utah: Any patient who underwent a distal triceps repair by any surgeon in the department of orthopaedics between 2000 and 2013 and has reached a minimum of 2 year post-operative time.

Arm 2- External sites: Any patient who underwent a distal triceps repair by the investigator at the external site and has reached a minimum of 2 years post-operative time.

Exclusion Criteria

Arm 1-Utah and Arm 2-External sites: Any patient who had a revision, required a graft or underwent a partial repair.
