Billing Compliance Office
The University of Utah Health Care Billing Compliance Office is an integral part of the University of Utah Health Sciences Center's overall efforts to promote compliance with federal and state laws. Our mission is to promote compliance through auditing, training, educating, and assessing the compliance risk associated with billing Medicare, Medicaid, and third party payers. It is our responsibility for compliance oversight. The Billing Compliance Office team is committed to supporting and assisting University Healthcare employees understand and abide by pertinent federal and state laws/regulations.
Reporting Problems or Concerns
If you have a question, concern, report or problem involving any aspect of compliance, we want to hear from you! Your inquiry or report can be made either to the Compliance Office or to the Ethics and Compliance Hotline.

How do I report?
The University has selected EthicsPoint, a private contractor, to administer their Ethics & Compliance Hotline. The EthicsPoint service offers independence, confidentiality, and 24 hour per day, 7 days per week availability. Reports may be made either:
