University Healthcare Billing Compliance Office Monthly Update
One of the most difficult things to do in the Healthcare billing and coding business is to keep up with
all of the changes in policy and regulation coming from those who regulate our business, such as CMS and Utah Medicaid.
The Billing Compliance Office staff will begin in July 2007 to hold a mandatory session during which we will
discuss the pertinent changes and policy clarifications we have received from various entities. These sessions
are by no means going to be comprehensive, nor will they substitute for your own diligent reading and
research to become experts on the subject matter you deal with every day.
