Diagnostic Immunodermatology Services

PemphigusImmunodermatology testing is essential to the correct diagnosis and treatment of certain skin disorders, some intestinal diseases and allergic diseases. Tests are performed on blood and tissues sent to our Board Certified Immunodermatologists by your healthcare provider.

Consultations are available regarding specimen procurement, testing recommendations, test results and clinical care. Please contact the Immunodermatology Laboratory or the Department of Dermatology Administrative Office.

  • Specimens are processed promptly upon receipt with results available within one to four working days of the date they are received. Results will be faxed if a number is provided on the specimen request form or otherwise communicated by contacting the Immunodermatology Laboratory personnel (see above).
