A Multicenter, Open Registry Of Patients With Psoriasis Who Are Candidate For Systemic Therapy Including Biologics (PSOLAR). Sponsor: Centocor
This is an 8 year study that will evaluate the long-term outcomes of patients who are candidates for systemic therapies including biologics. Current status: not yet ready to enroll
Eligibility: must be at least age 18, have psoriasis, and be a CANDIDATE for phototherapy or systemic therapies, and be willing to do a study visit every 6 months for up to 8 years.
A Multicenter, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Dose-Ranging Study To Assess The Efficacy And Safety Of Doxercaciferol Capsules In The Treatment Of Subjects With Moderate To Severe Chronic Plaque Psoriasis. (Sponsor: Genzyme; Protocol Name: HECTPS02507)
This is a study testing an oral vitamin D analog at different doses or placebo. Candidates for the study must be at least 18 years old, have moderate-to-severe plaque type psoriasis, and must meet other inclusion criteria to be eligible for the study.
