SLCC/U of U Partnership ADN-RN Program
About the Program
University of Utah Health Care and the College of Nursing in conjunction with Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) are sponsoring a partnership nursing program. This program augments the existing partnership between the Hospital and the College of Nursing to prepare more registered nurses to fill our growing nursing needs. Currently, we have two cohorts of 30 students participating in this program, and three cohorts who have already graduated.
To be considered for the program, you must be a University of Utah Health Care or School of Medicine employee in good standing with your department, and willing to contract with University of Utah Health Care to work full time for 3 years (4680 hours) following graduation. You must also have all of the prerequisites completed before applying for the program. Applicants will be selected based on academic history, employee performance, and tenure with the institution.
