Course Fee Policy
University Health Care employees - NO FEE
All classes are open to employees and students of the Hospital, College of Nursing, College of Pharmacy, College of Health, and School of Medicine at no cost.
Attendees must wear their campus ID badge.
Campus employees - $45 per class
The following business classes are open to employees and students on campus who are not part of the Health Sciences Center. Classes are typically 2 to 6 hours and the cost is $45 per class.
Attendees must wear their campus ID badge.
Note: The softwware environment used is that of the Health Sciences Center, and the class may contain special instructions for access to the software (and printing) that are not applicable to the attendee's specific environment.
Non-University Attendees - $75 per class
The business classes available to campus employees (listed above) are also available to the general public at a cost of $75 per class. Special arrangements and group rates are available for groups of up to 15 students.

Payment
Payment for a class must be made before the class starts. Personal or business checks and campus orders are the only acceptable form of payment; cash and credit cards are not accepted. An invoice will be provided upon request.
Make checks payable to U of U Information Technology Services ??
Campus Orders should list the name of the inidvidual(s) attending the class, class title, course date time, and should include the appropriate account information and signatures.
Cancellation Refund Policy
Classes may be cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, in which case fees will be fully refunded. Classes may also be cancelled due to lack of attendance. The instructor will wait for 10 minutes and if fewer than 4 attendees show up the class may be cancelled.
