Our training rooms have a network bandwidth of 100 MB, Pentium 4, 1.84 Ghz-2.3Ghz and 521 MB-2GB RAM Memory.

You must cancel your reservation within 24 hours or incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Note: No food is allowed in the training rooms, but a break room will be provided for food, when available.

If you would like to reserve a room in the Business Services Building please indicate in the Comments section of this form.

**Due to extensive training on our inpatient charting system, we will not be allowing the use of the 650 Komas training rooms during the months of June 2011 and July 2011. Please take this into consideration when planning your room resources in the coming months. The training rooms will be available again beginning in August 2011.
