Audiology, which is located in the ENT Clinic, offers a variety of hearing aids. Our specialists work with patients to select a device that is best for their needs. When a patient begins the process of fitting a hearing aid, there is an adjustment period. The adjustment period is a 30-day process. The patient is asked to schedule follow-up, no charge appointment for final checks of the hearing device. With the guidance of the audiologist, the patient will decide to keep, exchange, or return the device(s) for a refund of the device's cost minus a $100 per ear fitting fee.
