Jaclyn is absolutely fantastic! She is very knowledgeable about cancer medication and treatment side effects and how to minimize or eliminate them. The SOS team covers such a broad range of issues, you shouldn't underestimate them. She can help with night sweats, hot flashes, depression and many other issues. She is so kind and understanding, you will never feel embarrassed about talking through these issues.

Jacqulyn really cares about her patients. She listens closely, and involves her patients in creating their plan going forward. I definitely would recommend her to other patients.
