I saw a nurses assistant, several technicians, a fellow a PHd and tow doctors and excepet for feeling that I had bben forgotten in some of the long waits, everyyone was excellent.

They introduced themselves, told me what they would be doing, continually checked on my comfort level during the testing, walked me to the next room I needed to wait in and told me about the next steps in my visit. I loved how one of them said, "I have the honor of working on Dr. Warner's team".

She doesn't beat around the bush she tells me in terms that I can understand and makes sure that I do understand. And she includes me in any decision. I like knowing what is going on with me and why she has been the only provider that has given me that and I have been to many others before her.

She talks to me and lets me take part in the decisions regarding my health, but tells me all of the options. She always picks up on issues that other doctors have overlooked and has helped me get the care that was needed. I was lucky to have been referred to her.

UofU Patient March 06, 2012The time waiting to see the Dr. was ridiculous. I was told a few minutes not 1/2 hour. I think a few minutes is 5-10 maybe 15 minutes tops NOT 30 minutes. The waiting time is the worst thing!

UofU Patient February 28, 2012I was stunned about the level of care I recieved. Nothing ever before like it. Dr. Owen and Dr. Warren were concerned, interested, listened exceptionally well, could recite my store with ease without error. Completed all my care in 1 visit to resolution. I felt so cared for. It meant a lot to me. Abraham helped me and was wonderful, an Asian Female Doctor helped Dr. Owen and she was wonderful and the initial intake assistant, (I forgot her name) she had I believe a hispanic accent and dark thick shoulder length black hair, she was amazing as well. I've never been treated so well.

UofU Patient January 27, 2012I had stopped coming to the clinic because I felt that there was no use and no way to treat my eye condition. After experiencing heart problems and further problem with my eyes, I came back to see Dr. Warner. I'm glad that I did as her, and her P.A. were very helpful in prescribing treatment and actions that may reduce the pain and suffering I've been enduring. I am thankful for the time and discussion they provided.

She kept me well informed of what was happening and what I was looking at as far as finding out what was going on and what the steps are to find out what could be happening to me.
