Dr. Farrukh puts me at ease when I visit her clinic regardless of my situation. She is friendly, knowledgeable and the best doctors who has cared for me. When she had concerns about my lab results she gave me a call herself and when I called she spoke to me directly, carefully and patient explaning what the rests all mean, and educated me on how to get better with some lifestyle situation. She had the time to ask me if I have any other questions or needs.

UofU Patient May 06, 2013Dr. Farrukh was very responsive and did a regular exam because she understood that I am no longer double covered with insurance. She accommodated me further than scheduled to help so I wouldn't need to come right back and pay another co-pay. I appreciate the courtesy.

Additionally, Dr. Farrukh called me at home on Friday evening to go over the test results because she knew I was concerned.

UofU Patient January 04, 2012She doesn't listen to IMMEDIATE CONCERNS, Only those that are Follow Up!! I went in with a low grade fever, low blood pressure (I take HIGH PRESSURE MEDS), and a high pulse. It was dismissed as NOTHING. Now I have had more symptoms, Had to call back into the MD's Office. And am very sick, fever up to 101, Blood Pressure still dropping and pulse going up. SO WHY DIDN'T SHE FIND THIS A PROBLEM WHEN I WAS IN THAT MORNING???????
