J. Ross Milley, MD, PhD is Professor of Pediatrics/Neonatology at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He is a board certified neonatologist who sees newborn infants admitted with special care needs to the Newborn Intensive Care Units at University of Utah Hospital, Primary Children’s Medical Center and Intermountain Medical Center.
