The only thing that seemed a bit weird is at the end of our appointment she just left, and I wasn't quite sure if the appointment was over but I assumed it was and left. She was super nice, but taking time to have sincere goodbye would be great!

I was having a stressful morning (really late to appt, baby started getting fussy...). She had lots of good advice regarding caring for myself and the baby - very encouraging.

Claudia Gerard has been very attentive to all of my needs. She was out of town for one of my visits and I saw another provider who I felt brushed off my concerns expressed during that visit. I was glad Claudia was back for this visit.
