Dr. Nelson was extremely friendly. He made sure to thoroughly review my little boy's condition, treatment, and next steps. He ensured we understood everything being said, and answered questions as they arose. He showed a genuine care and concern for us and our situation, for which we were very thankful for.UofU Patient May 27, 2013

It was due to some unusual circumstances that I was there with my daughter by the physicians assistant and the doctor took the time to answer my questions, and give me feedback.UofU Patient March 25, 2013
Everything was thoroughly explained to us and every question was answered. The doctor tried to get us in for an ultrasound that day and when that wasn't a possibility he explained to us how and when to schedule so we wouldn't have to wait for that. He was extremely personable, a rare trait with many of doctors we have seen.UofU Patient November 12, 2012
