Sometimes I get the feeling that she doesn't understand all the problems that go along with ms and the side effects of the medication but I don't think anybody does unless they've actually experienced it. , I think she is as empathic as she can be

UofU Patient September 10, 2012I have complete confidence and extreme expectations of my care provider, Julia Klein. The visit was very thorough, and even went over time as to remedy some of the time lost as she needed to type every note, measurement, and future lab reuqest into my chart. I was given thorough suggestions to medications, referrals and personal feedback. My treatment is always her first concern and she always explains and explores every avenue to the best of her knowledge and will even consult others on the team. Julia is a top notch medical specialist. What happened in the check in area is not her fault, and I hope these concerns can be separated.
