Sue is more a friend than a health provider. She listens to me, provides helpful suggestions, and cares about what's going on in my life.

I think she is the best Dr. the university has she listens she cares she¿s so nice and very smart I enjoy her helping me so much.

I was suicidal when I first saw Susan, she treated me with kindness and helped me to get control of the pain I was in. She never tried to minimize the pain I was in but with medications and other tools she gave me the will to live. I still suffer from chronic pain but she always does her best to help me with other things besides the meds that can give me some more relief. She literally saved my life.

Excellent provider! I appreciate her kindness and professionalism! Great to meet via tele- health, since its painful to get up to pain clinic, and most of all I see to many doctors. Every week I all my limited energy is hurting my Heath. I see too many doctors weekly, I already have pain , Im handicapped, and cant drive due to crippled hands. Its overwhelming and causes far to much stress. For me, its much easier to go to virtual appointments. Some doctors must be seen in person. But more virtual appointments are requested!

I've recommend Sue Basta to about 10 people I've encountered in the last 10 years there is a long list hopefully they stayed with it

I just wish that I could have spoken to Dr Hagn about treatment options because she is the one that does the procedures. I like Dr Basta but if treatments are done by dr Hagn I feel like that's who I should stick with.

I feel very comfortable talking with Sue as she puts me at ease and is friendly.

She didn't say that my pain is due to my elderly sge. She cared more about making sure that I was able to get a better handle on my pain.
