I didn't spend much time with the doctor.

Again, I feel that less time should be spent with the screener, and more time with the doctor.

I felt that doctor did not want to spend too much time to make my kid feel at ease.

Both the PA and the doctor listened to my questions and answered them.

Not a very well organized facility or staff. Facility is beautiful and well maintained and up to date. But staff don't communicate well, very little time is spent with MD compared to time spent with aid/tech. Poor at returning calls about medical questions, and timeliness of returning calls is very poor too.

I have no complaints whatsoever. "very good" in all areas.

Dr. Taylor was attentive to my concerns and the care he provided met my expectations.

Dr. Taylor was both friendly and thorough. He answered all of my questions.

Dr. Taylor was nice, but very succinct. I spent way more time with the Op. Assistant. I'm sure that Dr. Taylor is a very qualified doctor, but next time I will schedule with a doctor who makes me feel more comfortable.

I recommend your office to all I know!!!!! I will never go back to the other eye surgeon that I have had for the past 25 years.

I had a really nice experience with the clinic, in general. But the doctor was rude and rushed. After my appt he barely guided me in the direction of the room to put my contacts back in. Just really, really rude.

Dr Taylor was excellent and knows his stuff. We were in and out in record time.

I have been having trouble seeing with my currant contacts since my visit last year, although he was very good at explaining to me what was going on with my left eye and why it was causing me vision problems. I was not given a new prescription, but was referred to a retina specialist. I guess I will have to wait and see what happens.

The Dr. said he would try fitting my contacts one more time. I hope e didn't really mean that. I that I expect him to do it as many times as needs be til he gets it right or refer me to someone who can.

Dr. Kim was friendly, and had a good demeanor.

Dr. Taylor has been my ophthalmologist for more than 30 years, and I trust him and his staff implicitly.

Again I felt everything was rushed I was expecting more from the Moran Eye Center. My concerns were about Macular and the dr. said "I didn't have it see you in a year" Everyone in my mothers side of the family have it all aunts and uncle. It is now down into my generation and 7 of my cousins have it. I asked him about eye vitamins (Which everyone I know takes them in my family) and other things and he just said he didn't believe in them and see you next year. To me there wasn't really any concern.

The doctor didn't really seem to listen to my concerns & basically told me that the pain in my eye was probably just muscle strain & use a warm cloth when needed. Pain obviously was more than just an annoyance to me. Then my prescription was incorrect. When I got my contacts I couldn't see out of them. Then I just asked for the old prescription? What a waste of time.

I always see Dr. Taylor.

I've been seeing Dr. Taylor for decades and have always had complete trust in him. He's great.

Dr. Taylor was running late and I was an "easy" patient as I just needed an updated contact lens prescription. I was surprised that he was particularly curt and didn't bother to ask any question of a personal nature other than "how are you." As a patient of 10 years, I would expect just a bit more. I like his no-nonsense approach, though, and appreciate that he accomplishes the exam efficiently.

All I needed was a contact Rx so he just came in and shined a light in my eye checking for something and then gave me the Rx, because the PA had already checked my vision. Pretty simple.

Very matter of fact, but friendly and with good bedside manner about bad news. Really gave me the feeling that he knew what he was doing

I always have gotten very good care at Moran Eye Center

He was fantastic. He was efficient and I felt comfortable with him providing care for me.

I would not go anywhere else for eye care.

The Dr. just didn't talk much about what he was doing but I have confidence in his expertise and decisions.

Dr. Kim Taylor was my eye doctor. I have been going to him for many years and am very pleased with his work and his friendliness. He is very efficient and caring and I would (and have) recommended him to other people

Wait time past my scheduled appointment was a little long, but overall I enjoyed my experience at the Moran Eye Center!

My visit with the Dr. Taylor was extremely brief. I know he has a lot of patients and I was in for a standard eye check, but no one told me I had astigmatism in my right eye until I showed the optician my prescription to get new glasses. I know astigmatism, especially mild, is not a big deal, but it is something I would have liked to hear from Dr. Taylor or the tech. I just didn't like the surprise of finding out in the optical shop and I have no idea if I need to watch for any signs that it is getting worse. Other than that, my visit was great and very speedy, staff were friendly and courteous and they guys in the Optical shop were fantastic.

I have had many medical visits in the past year for varoius reasons. My experience at the Moran Center was very impressive and all staff I dealt with were professional and very friendly.

The doctor was nice, but didn't spend much time. I would also reccommend he introduce himself to patients before they are dilated, I had no idea what he looks like. Didn't explain much to me about my glasses prescription and i have never worn glasses before, so that would have been nice.

Dr. Taylor came in, sat down with his back to me, talked to me with his back to me, gave me about 3 minutes of evaluation and then turned his back to me again and then left. It could have been a bad day for him but he didn't make it a good day for me.

Dr was easy to communicate with, reassured me that the hemorrhages were surface and I didn't need to work and to go on a usual . .. appreciated.

The reason for the visit was to correct a prescription for glasses from a prior visit a month ago at the Uof U Moran Eye Center

The doctor got my name wrong on my prescription. Other than that, I'm very pleased.

As I stated before, I felt shunted off to this care provider instead of one of the other specialists that I'd seen before.

In the case of this visit, it wasn't the "doctor" who was the problem. It was the delay in being seen on time.

I was very impressed by the service I was given during my visit, I feel like I was given great care and would not hesitate to recommend or attend this clinic again.

High confidence and felt I received adequate time with the physician.

Because I am a bleeder, stoppage of bleeding from having a chalazian lanced became a problem. The doctor and nurse stayed with me for nearly one hour and provided excellent care and assurance, until I was transferred to emergency where I also received great care and competent assistance with my condition. The nurse and doctor at the eye center did everything they could to insure my safety. They made good decisions concerning my care.

Dr Taylor has been our doctor for years and we love returning to him each year for our regular check-ups.

Again, I was very impressed and happy about this visit.

He barely talked to me at all. He didn't offer to give me a copy of my proscription. The only thing he told me about my problem was when I ask a direct guestion and then only short answers. I felt like he just wanted to get back to a card game.

I was totally satisfied.

The doctor did not check my contact lenses. They remained in my pocket. He said there were no problems diabetic wise and said there should no changes in the lens. Recommended reading glasses of +200 in order to read the music. Seemed to be in a hurry. The contact lens were prescribed by a doctor from another area four years ago. I'm wondering how he knew they were still ok.

I'm very happy to have Dr. Taylor back at the clinic after his leave.

I would have liked the dr to take a little more time explaining why we had a problem and show a little more concern. His availability is very poor and it's time I have to take to come back when mistakes are made.

Dr. Taylor is wonderful and I'm so glad I can say he is my doctor.
