Mary is an excellent communicator and a very caring person.

Since I visit with O'rourke once a year, I felt I was able to take my time with the doctor and ask lots of questions.

My care provider has always given me full attention, listened carefully, explained very well, be it medication, activities to do, or further steps to getting better. I have full confidence that with her, I will regain my health. I am very grateful.

Dr.O'Rourke was explained several things that gave me a good feeling. She was helpful, informative and caring. I left feeling much better than I did when I first arrived.

"It's a job", appeared not wanting to be bothered as patient's concerns not relevant, did not validate concerns or reason for me being seen. Tid bit, physician whom performed procedure the next week completely agreed with me having procedure based on my history and present report of changes as well as my PCP

Love Mary O'Rourke's down-to-earth, friendly personality. She makes me feel like a friend, not just a patient.

I feel my case is very complicated and I do not feel that this PA gave me any new information about what is wrong with me. In my opinion I should be checked into the hospital or scheduled for a long out-patient stay and have several tests performed to try to determine the cause of my illness. If Ms. O'Rourke does not have the answer, I would think that my case should be brought before a team of people to decide what should be the preferred course of treatment. I have been in severe pain for 4 years and the best I can get is 2 Tylenol 3 pills a day with no other hope of getting better. I am feeling desperate about my condition and need assistance with making decisions.

I appreciated Dr. O'Rourke referring me to a more specialized person.

Not only was the provider assigned to me great in every way, but all of the staff worked so well together that I felt very confident in the care they provided.

I feel that I get consistently fantastic care from my doctor and from the PA. I have always felt like my concerns are addressed and that I am getting the best medical treatment.

I'm sure you hear this on a regular basis but I really need to let you guys know...Mary O'Rourke is AWESOME!! She is caring and so understanding. She took the time to listen to me, provided me with so much information, discussed with me what she thought would be best. I specifically asked for her because she came so highly recommended...and now I will definitely be recommending her to others as well!

They only offer quantity not quality.

I felt that it was very likely that the doctor was over worked, tired or just plain irritated with me and my questions. She was competent and got to the root of the problem, which I am grateful for.

When I tried to explain I didn't have the normal symptoms even before dignoises was made a couple of years ago with my acid reflux she didn't seem to listen to it. I want her to do the test again to get a second opinion and all she said was it is not done unless the patient has symptoms. Well I am still having the symptoms. I haven't seen her enough to have confidence or real to recommend.

just a screening visit. tests to follow but i don't know if there was a concern for anything specific. No information given except to go for the testing. I feel this is normal and ok but would have like to know what the possibilites could be. Do not know enough to answer the questions until a second visit.
