Bio

Dr. Wethington graduated from medical school in 1992 and entered anesthesia training in 1996 after spending 4 years as a medical officer and flight surgeon in the US Air Force. He has practiced as an anesthesiologist since completing training in 1999. He spent 4 years in private practice performing predominately cardiac and complex vascular anesthesia, afterwhich he was invited to join the faculty at the University of Utah in 2003 where he has remained since. He has maintained Board Certification in Anesthesiology since initially completing the certification process in 2001.
