Bio

Laura Burton, MS, APRN, FNP-BC, CDE, is a nurse practitioner at the Utah Diabetes Center. As a nurse practitioner, her clinical interests include endocrinology; specifically diabetes and thyroid disorders.

Ms. Burton received her MSN from Westminster College. She received board certification as a family nurse practitioner and also has board certification in diabetes education. In the past, Ms. Burton served as Adjunct faculty at the University of Utah. She is currently a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Utah Nurse Practitioners, Inc., Utah Nurses Association and American Academy of Diabetes Educators.
