June 25, 2014

Excellent doctor! Knowledgeable and took the time needed to listen to my problem. Listened well.

June 17, 2014

We love the Ortho Center - have recommended to friends in the past and will continue to do so. Always great care and friendly service.

June 13, 2014

very good

June 12, 2014

I have seen Dr Hansen on several occasions. I have referred her to many others based on my experience. She is thoughtful, considerate and communicates very effectively. Though I have seen other physicians for other treatment, Dr. Hansen is my choice for my spine treatment.

June 06, 2014

dr. Hansen showed concern and caring for my on-going problem as well as new symptoms. she talks with me, not to me. makes sure I understand treatment options. she's great!

May 26, 2014

My physician was awesome! She listened to my other health/medical concerns even when it didn't pertain to her specialty and gave recommendations. She explained what we were looking at on my x-rays and also showed understanding with my concern for the prescription that was given.

May 22, 2014

Dr. Duncan was awesome and so was Dr. Hansen. I was so glad to be able to spend some time with them. They were so professional and so understanding of my situation and gave me guidance that will help me to improve my condition. They were an A++, both of them.

May 20, 2014

satisfactory

May 11, 2014

Extremely professional and knowledgeable, one of the best medical experiences I've had in my 64+ years.

April 27, 2014

I just feel like I am a burden to my Dr. she was 10 to 15 minutes late coming in,then she asked me a few questions and that was it. Did not examine me had me walk on my toes back and forth. She said see you in 8 wks that was it

April 25, 2014

I was referred to PT, given exercises and a molded heel cup. I had one visit with a follow up scheduled in 2 weeks. I think more frequent follow-up with PT would be beneficial and will request that at my next visit.

April 19, 2014

I was disappointed with my visit. Dr. Hansen has always been really nice but this day I felt that she just didn't care about my problem. I know we all have bad days, however, that doesn't help my pain go away! She just didn't seem all that concerned about my problem.

April 11, 2014

It would be nice to know if the provider received the Xrays from the PCP and what her interpretation of the Xrays was.

March 20, 2014

Dr. Hanson was awesome! Very informative and helpful. I also really appreciated the care that Dr. Wilson (resident) provided. She was very helpful in answering all of my questions and giving me tips on how to manage my pain without medication. Her patient care and quality is fantastic!

March 19, 2014

So far I'm very impressed with Dr. Hansen.

February 08, 2014

good

January 08, 2014

I left my visit feeling extremely discouraged. I have not been given a diagnosis after several visits and did not feel that my concerns and questions were properly addressed. I feel that I was not taken seriously and that there was not much effort put forth to help diagnose and resolve a chronic pain issue that I have been having for over a year.

January 06, 2014

I am looking forward to having someone I feel will listen to me as I work to help my body be better

December 19, 2013

Dr. Pam Hansen was did an excellent job explaining my condition, how my body reacts to the situation and what were the options for my best treatments.

December 13, 2013

I only had good things to say about her.

November 04, 2013

Excellent diagnosis procedure. Fast but attentive and accurate.

October 11, 2013

DR. Pamela Hansen is a caring great doctor, with knowledge and interest for my health

October 01, 2013

Dr. Hansen is an excellent doctor. She gets an A+ for empathy, correct diagnosis and treatment and doing all things necessary for a positive outcome for the patient. She has an excellent staff in the clinic and a procedure was scheduled efficiently and correctly.

September 30, 2013

She took spent less than 5 minutes with me addressing my concerns.

September 23, 2013

It was apparent that Dr Hansen was very busy the day the day of my visit. I was impressed that she did spend a considerable amount of time with me.

September 02, 2013

I HAVE ONLY HAD TWO VISITS WITH THE CARE PROVIDER. THE FIRST VISIT SHE SEEMED A LITTLE MORE RUSHED BUT DID ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE SECOND VISIT SHE WAS MORE RELAXED AND AGAIN ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND INCLUDED ME IN DECISION MAKING. SHE SEEMED WARM AND CARING.

August 13, 2013

After I left from my appointment I thought I understood the problem, but then I realized much more information could have been shared regarding my issue. I had to learn more via internet (google) than the doctor.

August 06, 2013

Dr. Hansen spent only about three minutes in the room with me. She decided an injection was best and when I asked a question she told her resident to explain it to me and left the room. She did not examine me or answer my questions. I would have liked to talk about why my problem developed and how to best discover why it happened along with how to keep it from happening to other locations in my spine, but did not have an opportunity. While I understand that she was having a particularly stressful day with a patient needing to be admitted to the hospital I was very unhappy with her lack of concern for my appointment. I scheduled my injection with another doctor and will follow up with another doctor.

August 05, 2013

Dr. Hansen is excellent!

August 02, 2013

very rushed, sort of belittled my concerns and pain. funny....two days later the ENT dr said i HAD problems stemming from my NECK, which Hanson brushed of as ''knots in my muscles''

July 22, 2013

Pam Hansen was so kind and addressed all of my concerns. She was thorough, efficient, and supportive. She exceeded my expectations!

July 15, 2013

Dr. Hansen let me participate in my own care. I felt she listened and we worked together on the best possible treatment.

July 03, 2013

I was worked in for this appointment because my doctor was out of town and Dr. Hansen took the time to explain what was going on, make suggestions, and give me a treatment plan. Exceptional doctor and very helpful.

July 01, 2013

After Many Years Of Unkown Cause Of Symptoms Was Able To Identify diagnose And Inform Patient Widely On matter.

June 28, 2013

I was very disappointed in my care. I was referred to this Dr. by Dr. Powell a very considerate doctor. I came to have some questions answered about my back pain and try to set up a program to improve my conditions. Basically I was told the same that Dr. Powell the referring physician told me. However, not much was explained to me as to the reason of my condition, if it will improve or worsen with time or ask many questions about my condition. The doctor spoke to the physicians assistant than she did me. She told me I needed to walk more and that people my age all have aches and pains. I told her I tried to be as active as I can.. I walk and ride my bike over 8 miles every day. I hike in the Wasatch mountains 5-7 hours every weekend. I guess I need to walk more. ... Overall I was not pleased with how the doctor talked down to me. I will not recommend her to anyone I love or know.

June 04, 2013

I had a great experience during this visit. I left with a much better understanding of what I am experiencing regarding my pain.

June 02, 2013

Very professional and competent process

May 27, 2013

Poor experience. Did not seem like she cared about my concern or pain.

May 06, 2013

I am disappointed with the services that Dr. Hansen provided for me. She spent literally 5 minutes total with me with my two visits combined. She did not explain what my MRI detected- in person, or show the results to me. She showed no concern that I waited for two days for my pain medication- I had to call and pester the staff to pester her for a response on my medications. I felt no concern from Dr. Hansen about the pain I have been in. I was very disappointed. If I could give suggestions - I would say: spend more time explaining whats going on to your patient- dont have the patient be the person to be responsible for calling in their own prescription to YOUR staff, and respond to any concerns of the patient within a reasonable amount of time.

May 06, 2013

The doctor confused me with another patient, then excused herself by saying that she had just reviewed 20 charts before walking in. This was totally understandable but when I called back another time with a question about PT based on new xrays, i was told "the doctor only deals with your low back." She sees me for my neck. I have the sense that I am an invisible person on a conveyor belt.

April 18, 2013

The only issue I had with the Dr was that she did not introduce herself when she came into the room. In fact she never did introduce her self.

April 08, 2013

Thank you, Pamela Hansen, for the extraordinarily personal, sensitive, and professional care. I felt heard, seen, understood, and empowered. Exceptional care!

April 05, 2013

Dr. Hansen was wonderful. As was her resident.

March 22, 2013

I felt very "brushed over"... unimportant to the doctor. As if she didn't really give a shit about the pain I was feeling.

March 15, 2013

All in all a good experience

March 05, 2013

I love the attention and care I am shown at the Orthopedic Center! Wonderful staff!

March 01, 2013

My main issue was delay in being seen, which took away from fully addressing issue.

January 29, 2013

No complaints!

January 13, 2013

And I didn't have to get weighed and measured! I'm so tired of that-thank you!

December 30, 2012

Will not return to see this care giver. Bedside manners very poor.

December 24, 2012

Great care, both in acupuncture and exercise - and a gift to boot!!! Thank you for the headphones, too!

December 24, 2012

Excellent

December 17, 2012

After describing my symptoms, Dr. seemed to know exactly what to look for, where to look. X-rays were promptly taken and made available. Dr. helped me understand what they showed, what caused my pain, how to attempt to relieve it.

December 14, 2012

re. EMG: MD seemed to have little interest in my asking questions about MY body--very cool & abrupt manner. The assistants were appropriate & friendly.

December 05, 2012

I am in a lot of pain, and I appreciate the care & attention to detail in helping me. Hopefully this will help over time.

October 29, 2012

The doctors and nurses were exceptionally attentive to my needs and compasisonate with my care during the procedure.

July 10, 2012

I was being seen for back pain. I have some herniated and bulging discs, on 3 or 4 levels, along with some permanent nerve damage on my left side. I didn't feel like I was believed. I was prescribed physical therapy, which I will do and have done for

July 01, 2012

i would never send anyone i know to dr hansen never ever.

June 28, 2012

Dr. Hansen is very helpful with a great bedside manner

June 18, 2012

Dr Hanson did not offer medication to relieve severe pain. I had to see another doctor later to get pain meds so that I could make it to the airport the next day.

June 05, 2012

She took the necessary time with me. She demonstrated a new physical therapy exercise that she wanted me to do -- and when I wasn't sure I understood it, she demonstrated and asked me to do it under her her supervision. She answered all of my questions honestly.

May 11, 2012

excellent experience, have already recommended to friends, family and others

May 09, 2012

Everyone is very pleasant and friendly but I feel I am wasting the caregiver's time and they are anxious to get on to the next task and next patient

May 01, 2012

It was a good appointment; however, I realized after the appointment that I don't actually know what the diagnosis was or have any idea what may have caused the injury. But I am following up with physical therapy and I know I can go back if it doesn't get better.

March 30, 2012

I have had two injections, neither of which has worked and little explanation of why it wouldn't and what to do next.

March 21, 2012

I felt like Dr. Hansen cared about me, and she is very qualified to provide the best treatment needed.

March 17, 2012

My care provider is outstanding and I have complete confidence in him!!!

March 08, 2012

Dr. Hansen has always been very concerned and explained all information as well as x-rays, tests, etc., in a way that I can understand. She is never in a hurry, always has time for the patient.

February 14, 2012

Dr. Hansen never seems rushed and always takes time to listen and explain treatment and medications.

February 04, 2012

I felt that the provider did not listen or hear what my complaint is, I am seeking another opinion

January 11, 2012

I feel like I wasn't being heard about the amount of pain I'm in, and was left with no therapy for 2 and 1/2 weeks until my next appointment to deal with the pain. I'll be calling in.
