The doctor confused me with another patient, then excused herself by saying that she had just reviewed 20 charts before walking in. This was totally understandable but when I called back another time with a question about PT based on new xrays, i was told "the doctor only deals with your low back." She sees me for my neck. I have the sense that I am an invisible person on a conveyor belt.

I am disappointed with the services that Dr. Hansen provided for me. She spent literally 5 minutes total with me with my two visits combined. She did not explain what my MRI detected- in person, or show the results to me. She showed no concern that I waited for two days for my pain medication- I had to call and pester the staff to pester her for a response on my medications. I felt no concern from Dr. Hansen about the pain I have been in. I was very disappointed. If I could give suggestions - I would say: spend more time explaining whats going on to your patient- dont have the patient be the person to be responsible for calling in their own prescription to YOUR staff, and respond to any concerns of the patient within a reasonable amount of time.

The only issue I had with the Dr was that she did not introduce herself when she came into the room. In fact she never did introduce her self.

Dr. Hansen was wonderful. As was her resident.

I felt very "brushed over"... unimportant to the doctor. As if she didn't really give a shit about the pain I was feeling.

All in all a good experience

I love the attention and care I am shown at the Orthopedic Center! Wonderful staff!

My main issue was delay in being seen, which took away from fully addressing issue.

And I didn't have to get weighed and measured! I'm so tired of that-thank you!

After describing my symptoms, Dr. seemed to know exactly what to look for, where to look. X-rays were promptly taken and made available. Dr. helped me understand what they showed, what caused my pain, how to attempt to relieve it.

re. EMG: MD seemed to have little interest in my asking questions about MY body--very cool & abrupt manner. The assistants were appropriate & friendly.

I am in a lot of pain, and I appreciate the care & attention to detail in helping me. Hopefully this will help over time.

The doctors and nurses were exceptionally attentive to my needs and compasisonate with my care during the procedure.

I was being seen for back pain. I have some herniated and bulging discs, on 3 or 4 levels, along with some permanent nerve damage on my left side. I didn't feel like I was believed. I was prescribed physical therapy, which I will do and have done for

i would never send anyone i know to dr hansen never ever.

Dr. Hansen is very helpful with a great bedside manner

Dr Hanson did not offer medication to relieve severe pain. I had to see another doctor later to get pain meds so that I could make it to the airport the next day.

She took the necessary time with me. She demonstrated a new physical therapy exercise that she wanted me to do -- and when I wasn't sure I understood it, she demonstrated and asked me to do it under her her supervision. She answered all of my questions honestly.

Everyone is very pleasant and friendly but I feel I am wasting the caregiver's time and they are anxious to get on to the next task and next patient

It was a good appointment; however, I realized after the appointment that I don't actually know what the diagnosis was or have any idea what may have caused the injury. But I am following up with physical therapy and I know I can go back if it doesn't get better.

I have had two injections, neither of which has worked and little explanation of why it wouldn't and what to do next.

I felt like Dr. Hansen cared about me, and she is very qualified to provide the best treatment needed.

My care provider is outstanding and I have complete confidence in him!!!

Dr. Hansen has always been very concerned and explained all information as well as x-rays, tests, etc., in a way that I can understand. She is never in a hurry, always has time for the patient.

Dr. Hansen never seems rushed and always takes time to listen and explain treatment and medications.

I felt that the provider did not listen or hear what my complaint is, I am seeking another opinion

I feel like I wasn't being heard about the amount of pain I'm in, and was left with no therapy for 2 and 1/2 weeks until my next appointment to deal with the pain. I'll be calling in.
