Bio

Donald M. Null, M.D. is an attending neonatologist for the Newborn Intensive Care Units (ICU) at Primary Children's Medical Center, the University of Utah Medical Center and Intermountain Medical Center. He currently serves as the Medical Director for the Neonatal ICU at Primary Children´s Medical Center. Dr. Null provides care for premature infants, critically ill newborns and newborn infants with a large variety of birth defects.

Academic Bio

Donald M. Null, M.D. is an attending neonatologist for the Newborn Intensive Care Units (ICU) at Primary Children's Medical Center, the University of Utah Medical Center and Intermountain Medical Center. He currently serves as the Medical Director for the Neonatal ICU at Primary Children´s Medical Center. Dr. Null provides care for premature infants, critically ill newborns and newborn infants with a large variety of birth defects.

Dr. Null's research programs focus upon High Frequency Ventilation, Chronic Lung Disease, and ECMO. Dr. Null is also funded by the NIH assisting Dr. Albertine in the Lamb Lab. Dr. Null is the Principal Investigator for eight currently open research projects involving neonatal intensive care patients. He was presented with the first annual PCMC "Physician of the Year" award in 2002 and was honored as the March of Dimes "Neonatologist of the Year" in 2009.
