Dr. Ward listens to my concerns and adjusts treatment as needed, answers fully all my questions. I walk out knowing what to expect and when. I have full trust in him. I have watched him explain disease, treatment, symptoms to others in training. He is secure in his medical knowledge and is willing to share it. He performed my eye and nose surgery this past year and I was given such complete pre-, present-, post-instructions that were the envy of every person I showed them to (and I showed many). I knew what to expect, what to have on hand such as meds and food. Everything was so detailed and I really didn't doubt or have any fear whatsoever.

December 31, 2012

Dr. Ward and his staff are amazing!!

December 31, 2012

Dr. Ward is excellent!

December 25, 2012

I had a bad experience because Dr. Ward was in such a hurry. For one thing my chart was never in the exam room for the Dr. to look at to see where he had injected the botox last time, so he just very quickly injected the botox in the wrong place. He did not ask me how it had worked for me last time and if I want the same injections, he just started injecting. I am not participating in the in-office study of botox medicines and I hope this has not decreased my care. I've had very good care from the Dr. up until I said I wasn't inserested in the in- office study. But when he doesn't take the time to talk to me before injecting the botox he easily makes mistakes which effect my life greatly. My face is a mess as it is and if he doesn't listen to me he can easily make my face worse. I can't afford for him to make my face look worse than it is. I know he is in a hurry, but it's my quality of life he is rushing through.

December 08, 2012

I already have spoken to friends and co-workers at the hospital where I work about how great Dr Ward is and how nice your facility is. I wish ours was more like yours! I appreciate the person who greets you at the door to assist. And, all the staff is friendly and helpful!

Dr Ward is an excellent physician.

Dr. Ward has a very caring and professional manner.

October 10, 2012

July 27, 2012

Very nice man.

July 09, 2012

We were extremely impressed with the facility and especially with Dr. Ward! He spent a great deal of time with me and is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I would definately recommend him to anyone needing his service

June 14, 2012

Good, caring, kind, understanding, etc.

April 18, 2012

Dr Ward is one of our favorite care providers. His staff and co-workers are also very pleasant and caring.

April 17, 2012

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Ward was attentive and explained everything clearly.

April 13, 2012

I know Dr Ward had other patients but he still spent as much time as needed with me and the visit was not rushed at all. I was given lots of info before, during, and after my appt and also given easy to understand printed instructions.

April 11, 2012

I was dazzled by his tan.

March 30, 2012

All around excellent care.

March 29, 2012

Dr Ward is so friendly and easy to talk to

March 27, 2012

Was disappointed I could not have the procedure I wanted done but feel Dr Ward made the best decision

March 13, 2012

Dr. Ward did not call me back about my lab results. I called into his office and had a receptionist put a note into the computer to have someone call me with lab result information, but I still have not received a call. I am very concerned about this. This is extremely annoying and unprofessional.

January 24, 2012

He made me feel stupid for coming in for the lump on my neck, and acted like I was to stupid to know better. I never go to the doctor and I finally do, and he made me feel bad about it. No reassurance at all.

January 05, 2012

Dr. Ward is the best, I would highly recommend him to everyone.
