She let me make decisions on how to proceed on things, after carefully explaining my options. She gave me lots of useful information, including what could be causing my high iron levels. She listened to everything I had to say and asked good, information seeking questions that gave me complete confidence in her abilities to take excellent care of me. And she was very personable.

Klasina Caballero is very professional in performing the bone marrow biopsy. She is careful and thorough. She explained every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I was amazed that it was not as painful as I anticipated.
