I am the luckiest man on Earth to have this team! I love Dr. Walsh, but to me, seeing Lori is exactly the same. She is knowledgeable, understands my complicated condition and gave me excellent suggestions. Lori is an amazing part of the Team...and she is as friendly as they come!

The Dr I met with was extremely rude. I asked to get help to figure out what was wrong with me and she told me that she doesn't see the need to treat me nor why I should come back. After begging for her to find out what was wrong with me she finally ordered two tests and then told me I don't need to come back if they were negative. The Dr treated me like it was all in my head and tried to give me a blanket well it's because of your health diagnosis without trying to order more testing. I sat in the room crying, she came back in and asked what was wrong and I told her I was sick and tired of being gaslight by medical professionals when I know there is something wrong with me and I want to find out what it is. She still was very uncaring and gave me the blank statement again that it was all in my head and there wasn't anything wrong with me. This Dr was recommended by my general practitioner and she didn't make me feel at all comfortable or help me in any way. Wasted my time and say wait

Trans and queer inclusive care NEEDS to be standard training. If youre a doctor and you chuckle at your patients in pain, maybe seek a different profession.

Since this was my first visit, the NP asked a lot of questions. I felt that she kept going back and forth between agreeing with and disagreeing with the referring doctor's diagnosis. I assume that she is wanting to come to her own conclusions and will need more information and her own lab work to talk about a diagnosis.

I'm discussing here my experience with the np, not the physician whom I only saw briefly at the end. I think I may need to find another practice or I can speak to the physician and not have to go through a an intermediate who doesn't seem to communicate very well with me.

Discussion about proposed treatment was non applicable to this appointment. However, I was glad to have someone that didn't just diagnose me in 5 seconds & TELL me what medication I WAS going to take. I felt much better knowing that we were going to get all of the information possible before deciding on a care plan.

I would very highly recommend anyone to Dr Ly she's so smart in figuring out what to do my plan of care is definitely not generic I feel she address'my complaints and ailments in a very personal way for only me I'm thankful

Remember, I was upset. I have been living with uncertainty and pain. I was told my symptoms aren't very bad. But I have multiple hand issues, so I am having trouble knowing what is caused by which problem.

The nurse practitioner's proposed solution was to discontinue prescribed medications so my symptoms would recur and then have a dermatologist take a biopsy. Had she taken the time to look at my medical records, she would have seen that a dermatologist already took a biopsy, did blood work, and determined that my condition was autoimmune related, and I would need to see a rheumatologist for treatment.

I felt like this provider did not listen to what I wanted to do as a patient. Instead, she referred me out and said to check with my general practitioner.
