Bio

Dr. Rockwood is a Professor (Clinical) in the Department of Pathology at the University of Utah School of Medicine and serves as Scientific Director for Mass Spectrometry at ARUP Laboratories. He is a Diplomate in the American Board of Clinical Chemistry and is a member of the American Association for Clinical Chemistry, American Society for Mass Spectrometry, and the Indian Society for Mass Spectrometry.

Dr. Rockwood’s clinical and research focus is clinical applications of mass spectrometry.

Academic Bio

Dr. Rockwood received his Ph.D. in chemistry from Utah State University, Logan, Utah, and conducted his Chemistry Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah. He joined the University of Utah in 2001.
