I don't understand why cortisone was not administered the same day ? With the lengthy time it takes to schedule an appointment with the Dr. Not only do I have to wait 2 weeks ( in pain ) but have to take another day off from work.

The PA was very good. He explained the condition and reviewed the x-rays with me. Treatment options were clearly discussed and I was given plenty of time for questions.
