Nancy M. Veit, APRN

Bio

Nancy M. Viet, APRN, M.S.N. is a nurse practitioner in the Interventional Cardiology Clinic at the University of Utah. As a cardiology nurse practitioner her clinical interests include interventional cardiology, electrophysiology and congenital cardiology. She is licensed to practice in Utah and Wyoming.

Nancy received her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Utah. She recieved her advanced degree from the University of Utah as well. As a registered nurse, she was experienced in the intensive care unit and emergency department. Within her nurse practitioner role she worked in the Adult Congenital Cardiology Clinic for several years. She later worked in the cardiac specialty of Electrophysiology, caring for patients with heart rhythm abnormalities.

She has been published in the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses Journal, as well as in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology. Nancy is interested in maintaining the very highest level of patient care.
