Dr. Tward spent nearly two hours with me reviewing possible approaches to radiation therapy for prostate cancer. I this this is remarkable.

He listened to our questions and gave us thoughtful, insightful, and helpful answers. He took time with us. My wife and I are grateful he is my doctors. We always look forward to seeing him. It was also nice to see other members of the staff. Especially Brennan and Erin who were two of my radiation techs during the seven and a half weeks of radiation.
UofU Patient August 13, 2012When I had no hope, Dr Tward soothed, reassured and comforted me. This was very important to my wife. Now, nearly a year later, we are told I may soon be cancer free. The caring I experienced with Dr Tward was as though he was my brother. I am a physician and understand how hard it is, with all the pressures, to make the patient feel like they are all that matters. That is a gift.
