Had to wait quite a while r/t 3 other pts needing emergent care, apologized for this, which was nice but then felt like I shouldn¿t take up very much time, but everything was discussed and thorough. Tried to explain that estrogen cream could be giving me more energy, but it could be mania. She made connection that cream could be causing mania. Tried to clarify but she just said to stop taking it

She is cheerful, competent and friendly.

Platt is a very good Dr. when it comes to patient/Dr. understanding and has an excellent bedside manner.

Catherine was really great, I have seen another PCP for years and Catherine was pretty refreshing to talk to -- very sharp and had a lot of ideas on how to better manage my care that my other MD hadn't really addressed with me. I left feeling like she had done a thorough, caring job which gave me peace of mind.

The best PCM I have ever had. I have had several other PCM¿s over 50+ years. One of my previous PCMs, totally blew off my health concerns which directly led to my undiagnosed colon cancer to advance to stage 3, almost reaching stage 4¿ had I not demanded a colonoscopy I would have died in 6 months. I have NEVER had this problem with PA Platt and have the highest confidence in putting my care in her hands. If she is ever unsure about an issue, she admits it, but also finds out the answer by any means at her disposal. I highly recommend her and her support staff.

Catherine is through and knowledgeable. She explained the results of several tests in a way I could understand and follow. She is always friendly and professional and makes sure I understand everything that is taking place before I leave. She also includes me in all decisions regarding my health care.
