Teresa Herelvi, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant in the Division of Hematology and Hematologic Malignancies, Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Utah. She practices at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Her clinical interests include hematologic malignancy, blood and marrow transplant and management of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).

Herlevi received a masters in Physician Assistant studies from A.T. Still University. She served as the House of Delegates representative for A.T. Still University from 2010-2011. She currently works as part of the Huntsman Cancer Institute Blood and Marrow Program.
