UofU Patient April 29, 2013
I just wish she were available for my 26-yr. old daughter's health coverage!
UofU Patient April 23, 2013I feel I may have found my tribe.
UofU Patient April 01, 2013First time seeing Dr Greenwood and it was a great experience. She was friendly and understanding.
UofU Patient March 26, 2013Good
UofU Patient March 18, 2013Dr. Greenwood spent more time with me than any other Doctors I have seen in the past. She was very thorough, friendly and respectful. She provided quick followup on all tests that were performed and helped set goals for me to work toward in regards to improving my overall health in preparation for the next followup appointment in 3 months.
UofU Patient March 18, 2013My doctor took extra time to solve a difficult problem concerning the needed medication. It is no longer made in the US & she came up with the brilliant idea to have it compounded which the University Pharmacy was able to do for me.
UofU Patient March 12, 2013The only reason I may not recommend the doctor is because you may have to wait over a week to get an appointment with her.
UofU Patient January 30, 2013My doctor made it clear to me that she cared about my health, and that she took me seriously. I have had trouble in the past talking to doctors because I smile too much and am shy, so they think that I have no health problem. That is not the case with Dr. Greenwood.
UofU Patient January 28, 2013I find Dr. Greenwood very pleasant to work with, very knowledgable, sharing with me why she might want me to do a certain thing or why something is happening in my body. On a scale of 1-10, her bedside manner is a 10! I also appreciate her quick communication with me through the My Chart email & that we make all decisions concerning my medications together as a team.
UofU Patient January 20, 2013I love Dr. Greenwood. I think she takes each patient as a new opportunity to think about the causaility of the illness and how to approach the patient in terms the patient can understand and do. She is definately not of the "one sickness, one cure" school of thought.
UofU Patient January 14, 2013Dr. Greenwood is great!!
UofU Patient December 19, 2012Dr. Greenwood is not my PCP but if I already did not have a great one, I would go to her. She knew what she was doing, made sure that I was informed and answered questions that I had.
UofU Patient December 10, 2012Everything Dr. Greenwood discussed with me was "spot on!" She addressed all of my questions and concerns. I also felt like she was NOT in a hurry. I already have recommended her to other family members and friends.
UofU Patient November 26, 2012Dr Greenwood is very approachable, caring and open to discuss concerns. She is able to see things from the patient's perspective and provide interventions with that perspective in mind. This ensures excellent compliance and understanding.
UofU Patient October 30, 2012She was fantastic. This was a delicate area but she made me feel totally at ease and so did her assistant.
UofU Patient October 29, 2012My Dr. was very caring and her diagnosis was excellent.
UofU Patient October 18, 2012Dr. Greenwood is a great provider. really nice and very professional dr.
UofU Patient October 15, 2012Dr. Greenwood is an excellent provider. I have been seen by other good physicians at Madsen, but Dr. Greenwood is outstanding. She takes the necessary measures to inquire about the symptoms, issues, challenges I am undergoing. Dr. Greenwood also is conscious of explaining the medical terms/analysis. Furthermore, Dr. Greenwood is the only doctor that has taken preventive steps to finalize my health issues. In addition to the excellent care she provides, Dr. Greenwood is friendly, thoughtful and sensitive to the various health issues shared.
UofU Patient September 18, 2012I was a little frustrated with the wait time between when the (extremely nice!) medical assistant took me to an exam room and when Dr. Greenwood came in. But... she was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and approachable. Even with the same wait I would return because I liked her so much. But it would have been nice if the wait was a bit shorter, or I was at least kept updated about the wait a bit more.
UofU Patient September 17, 2012Dr. Greenwood is an amazing woman. She truly cares for me and probably all of her patients, she is interested in my well being and never hurries me out of the office. I love this doctor and have and will continue to recommend friends and family to see her.
UofU Patient September 10, 2012Dr. Greenwood was very personable and treated me with dignity.
UofU Patient August 27, 2012I think that Dr. Greenwood is helpful, listens well, and is a very good doctor.
UofU Patient August 16, 2012I had been a patient of Dr Greenwood before and am very happy to be able to see her again with my current insurance. She is very kind and empathatic.
UofU Patient August 15, 2012Very happy with Dr. Greenwood's care!
UofU Patient August 13, 2012Jessica is GREAT!!!!!!
UofU Patient August 06, 2012I went in with no answers and left with no answers. Good and bad news. I would have liked to get more information about what could have been going on, though. I didn't like leaving with no conclusion.
UofU Patient July 30, 2012Dr. Greenwood is the best physician I have ever seen. I recommend her to as many people as I can when they ask who I see. She's super
UofU Patient June 18, 2012Dr. Greenwood is always properly concerned with what I am needing. Better than a lot of doctors I have had in the past that were not connected to the U.
UofU Patient April 19, 2012Dr. Greenwood has been so very encouraging to me concerning my health. She takes the time to explain and has encouraged me to keep up my exercise and eating habits. She was very pleased with my progress. That made me feel very good and I want to continue to do better.
UofU Patient April 12, 2012I felt uncomfortable at first because I felt as though Dr. Greenwood was a bit rude. I did not realize that when I received my PAP in January, the doctor also conducted a regular physical exam. Dr. Greenwood asked me right away, "So, why are you here? What do you want me to do?" and I felt stupid. I came to get a physical exam because I assumed that bloodwork is done (which did not happen during my PAP). She assumed that I knew I had a physical and seemed to think I was there for no reason. After I explained why I was there she became more friendly, but I did not get a good first impression.
UofU Patient March 10, 2012Dr. Greenwood is quite possibly the best physician at the U of U. She spends quality time with me and I am certain she must be as good with all of her patients. I really feel like she cares about me and I can tell that she loves her job.
UofU Patient February 23, 2012very good experience
UofU Patient February 11, 2012Dr Greenwood she is great provider takes her time with patient
UofU Patient January 12, 2012Although I have seen my care provider multiple times she did not remember me and although I realize that she sees many patients it would be nice if she at least had some recognition of me seeing how she is my main care provider.
