Again, I felt like I was just a number, and pushed thru this appointment. I didn't get to asked all my questions because there just wasn't a chance to do so. This appointment was for a full physical and I feel like I came in and went out the door just that quick. Not happy if that is what a full physical is about.

UofU Patient June 08, 2012The doctor was very attentive to me & my medical history. She genuinely demonstrated a desire to get to know my issues in her limited time. She was very knowledgeable about my current medications & eased my concerns about taking opiates for pain. I have decide that she is the right doctor for me & have scheduled all of my future appointments i.e. physical, lab work etc. with her as my new family physician.
UofU Patient June 05, 2012Crystal was great about explaining what she thought I might have and the course of treatment. I could tell of her concern as to not wanting to take any chances because of some of the other medical issues I have.
UofU Patient April 10, 2012She was a very nice doctor but had no interest in listening to what I was trying to tell her. I have not seen a PCP in a very long time and had many concerns, she also never asked me if I was current on my asthma medications, or asked me what medications I take in the first place. She seemed very interested in getting out of the room.

UofU Patient March 20, 2012Would have liked more information on what to expect from the medication - ie., after finishing the z-pac when should I expect to be feeling better - when will I stop coughing? If my cough continues what is my next step ... another appointment or more medication?

UofU Patient February 10, 2012I think Crystal Armstrong is one of the best doctors ever. She takes time to tell me the pro's and con's of each medication that she puts me on. She doesn't cave to what I think I want or what I think I need, she gives me what SHE considers is my best option to be healthy and mentally well. She never talks down to me, she never belittles me for not understanding something, and she is very genuinely concerned about my well being. She's very easy to talk to and she listens to my concerns. Something few doctors do these days. Over all I am very happy with Crystal and think she is a wonderful doctor.
