April 29, 2015

Brian was incredible. He was personable and even addressed a health concern I didn't even bring up to him. I waited a while but my positive experience with the doctor will definitely bring me back in the future for my primary care.

He seemed like it was no big deal, like he wasn't worried that I was having problems with my joints. It felt like he just didn't care and that is a normal thing for someone my age to have joint pain with out having some type of injury. He didn't even give me a good reason to why they are hurting. He said it was from standing on a different type of ground my body isn't use to standing on. Then when I did all him questions he just said I don't think it's that. But just to think it's not something doesn't mean it's not that. I am actually looking to get a second opinion

It took the doctor more 36 hours to read the x-ray and get back to me. He said he would call me in a couple of hours - I had to call the next morning several times before I finally talked to someone who could look at the x-ray. Then Dr Franco had someone call me the next morning once he get around to taking care of it.
