Jessie Dorais, M.D. as a Clinical Assistant Professor, in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Dorais received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Brigham Young University in 2003, and her M.D. from the University of Illinois, College of Medicine in 2007. She completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology residency program in 2011 at the University of Utah Health Sciences, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and will complete a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) fellowship in July 2014 from the University of Utah, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. During her fellowship she was awarded the prestigious Reproductive Scientist Development Program Award from the National Institutes of Health. Her research interests include gene regulation in oogenesis and early development.
Dr. Dorais will work as a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist providing services at the Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine and its satellites. Her clinical interests include helping patients optimize natural fertility, the evaluation and treatment of infertility in a step wise and cost effective manner, and fertility preservation for cancer patients. She will be accepting new patients into the UCRM group practice. In addition to her practice, she will participate in teaching our medical students, residents, and REI fellows.

For patients with urgent needs that must be evaluated promptly, the UCRM reserves several open appointments to be filled within 48 hours of the appointment date. Dr. Dorais’ goal is to be available for patients and to be a resource to community physicians for gynecologic and reproductive endocrinology and infertility issues.
