    Masha was very kind and professional and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. She offered to wear a mask because I was wearing one (which I appreciated), asked me if I had any questions multiple times throughout the appointment, and was very respectful during the physical exam. Overall, I was very impressed and felt valued as a patient.

    Masha treated me well, listened, and addressed all of my needs and concerns. However, the medical assistant was quite the opposite, she was rude and disrespectful. I dont think I am going back any time soon after my experience.
