I really like everyone involved in my care. They are concerned and seem to really care about me.

March 06, 2016

Excellent!

December 01, 2015

Would have appreciated if DR. Wright had made a greater effort to explain the reason for change in the thoracic region on my wife's recent CT scan at Huntsman. This is an area that had not been mentioned in prior reports.

All was Great!

Excellent care and concern by both Dr. Wright and Dr. ____? No doubt Dr. Wright has lead by example to teach the new doctors how to correctly interact with patients. My daughter asked about a thing on her ear, unrelated to cancer, and Dr. ___ took a look. No problem. She responded to the question "do you have any complaints or issues?" with "I have this cough that I can't get rid of (from a summer cold, not related to cancer.)" Dr. ___ was thoughtful and kind enough to share a paper he'd recently read about cough drops and cough syrup and how ineffective they are. Instead, use local honey by the spoonful 3x/day. Which she did, and magically, five days later, the cough ceased :-) All doctors should treat all patients the way these 2 wonderful doctors treat my daughter! Thank you!

Dr. wright and Melissa shepherd and Carrie Fuertes are always informative and helpful. I am grateful that huntsman has hired such good and caring people!!!!! we have always had amazing doctors. I appreciate how they can keep the mood light even if we get news we don't want to hear. they are always honest and never sugarcoat any results just as we have requested.

Dr. Wright is AMAZING! I feel like she is concise, very intelligent and friendly. She is especially fantastic about keeping me posted on my results as the come in, and following up with my questions and concerns and finding out the answers to any questions I have that she isn't 100% sure of the answer. I really appreciate the follow up she does for me and how she is always willing to answer my questions- even if they aren't at the time of my appointment. I fully trust Dr. Wright and couldn't imagine a better doctor to take over the care I received at Primary Children's.

I very much like Dr. Wright and have confidence in her ability. I have "clicked" with her as opposed to my experience with the first Dr. I was assigned who, fortunately for me, left to head up a department with IHC. I had already read the final test reports in "MyChart" so she didn't have to extensively explain anything to me. She did a basic exam and as I had no questions our meeting was over in ~ 5 minutes.

verygood

September 15, 2014

Dr. Wright was great. I was happy to have someone be able to explain to me my childhood cancer treatment and I am glad this resource exists. She was knowledgeable, thorough, answered all my questions, and was very patient.

September 08, 2014

Dr. Wright is one of the greatest doctors I have ever had. She always explains things that she wants tested and does so according to my level of understanding and is always so very nice!

August 20, 2014

I have made all decisions in my treatment. I only felt pressured on my first visit, but my treatment was already planned. Everyone is pleased with my decisions.

June 09, 2014

We love Dr. Wright. She has connected with my daughter.

May 06, 2014

It might be helpful if Drs. talked with Parents separately. Sometimes the answers given by patient don't give a real view of what is happening. Just a suggestion.

April 10, 2014

Had to call back and have DR Wright explain some issues to me, and she was very direct in helping me make a decision.

February 06, 2014

would recommend to anyone

August 22, 2013

dr. Wright is very nice and seems very capable. I am glad she is a sarcoma Dr. And not just a general oncologist.she listened to my concerns and explained things extremely well. I feel she is completely capable of handling my care.

June 05, 2012

One of the most positive medical experiences I have had in a long time!

April 21, 2012

I've never had a doctor who actually took the time to listen to my questions! And then go through each one and answer them. Dr. Jennifer Wright is so very thorough! She then proceeded to make times for me to speak with other doctors in the institute in the areas where I had concerns. She is the BEST!
