I am very impressed with her knowledgeable, direct to-the-point attitude, and friendliness. I feel as if I have known her for years.

We had a very difficult time with the app on teleconferencing. It took us 40 minutes and finally had to resort to calling on the phone. I had wanted our son's to listen, so that was a very frustrating experience with technology, but Nicole I really liked. I thought I was going to get some answers but instead it seemed like she needed information from us, which is understandable. One frustrating thing is I found out late Friday afternoon that my husbands appointment for bladder biopsy had been canceled and no one let us know for sure. Nicole said it had been canceled, but I didn't know if there was a lack of communication between her and Dr DeWitt. But later I got hold of Dr DeWitt miraculously and she said yes indeed it had been canceled. That was confusing to me because we were ready to come. We are anxious to learn more and we do appreciate the help we have received

I have enjoyed having Nicole Orgain as the person who has been helping me with the experiences that I have been going through. She really explains the things that I have been experiencing. I feel really comfortable talking with her and asking her questions about what is going on with me. She has explained what the symptoms are and what the next procedure would be like.

Nicole was awesome. I loved her bedside manner. She knew what she was talking about and as soon as they got results they didn't like, they were on the phone trying to reach me to come back. They did not give up until they spoke with me and explained the seriousness of my situation.

I talked to her on the visual phone call once and saw her in person once. She was pleasant and courageous.

Nicole helped put me at ease when we met. She was friendly, smiling, and looked me in the eyes as we spoke. Her demeanor was inviting and friendly which created an atmosphere allowing for open dialogue. She was very welcoming and explained to us what her role was in identifying the cause of what was going on within my recent bloodwork. She gave an overall view of how the science would work to identify exactly what was happening. I appreciated her explaining methodology and including me in the decision making.
