Wanted to be contacted by my cell number, but a message was left on my home answering machine. It was good news, biopsy was benign, but am still trying to get to talk to care provider about the details of the biopsy.

Dr. Sontheimer was very friendly and respectful. I felt like he was present with me and focused on my questions and concerns. I was nervous about the biopsy, and he worked very well with the nurse to put me at ease and do the procedure very quickly and painlessly. I was very impressed with their teamwork and very relieved to have such an experienced and respectful doctor.

Very neutral experience, nothing to set it apart in a good or bad way. I do feel like I was given good information, but also felt like it was very routine for the care providers and while I understand that they see issues like this often, it's not a common occurrence to me.

I have already recommended this doctor to 2 people.

The provider looked me over in about 30 seconds, said they were very busy or overbooked or something and is making me come back a second time for a seemingly minor procedure (punch biopsy). I'm not too impressed.

Dr. Sontheimer is an excellent doctor who was very willing to address my many concerns during the visit.

Been long, drawn-out treatment with no solution obvious in sight. Although caregiver remains optimistic, patient remains sceptical.

Dr. S didn't really know who I was, even though he had seen me once previously.

Dr. Sontheimner acknowledged my pain, my concerns, and answers all questions. He told me what to expect and was active in searching out answers.

The doctor's visit was quick and to the point, concerning how to proceed with the treatment.

My care provider was great! He explained everything well, and helped me understand what he was doing while I was there and what I needed for follow-up care.

In regards to Dr. Sontheimer, I was very pleased. He didn't act as if he was rushed or had more important issues. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He went into details about the things that were going on with my issue. I was really happy with how this visit went. If I ever have any other dermatological problems or a friend who needs a recommendation, I will definitely see Dr. Sontheimer again.

I think the doctor was fine. Seemed knowledgeable. He gave me a new option and appeared confident it would work. I guess he was somewhat open to questions, but by that point, I had pretty much resigned that I wouldn't be heard and just wanted to leave.

The Dr. seen me for a total of five minutes. He entered the room, asked a couple of questions, and then predicted he would not be the best to assist me with the issue. The Dr. told me a specialist would be better for this type of mole removal. He said he would have their people contact me to follow up. I still have not heard from anyone from the clinic. I was frustrated with the whole situation. I payed a co-pay of $50.00 for being told they couldnt help me. I felt like I gave as much information I could before the visit..They couldve told me to see the specailist from the start. The appt. was a total waste of time and money. The most frustrating item is that there has not been any follow up whats so ever.

This doctor's "bedside manner" is better than some others I have seen in this clinic in the past. He was friendler and smiled and didn't act "rushed."

Both Dr. Sontheimer and the graduate student doctor were really great. It was a completely different experience than other dermatologists I have seen for this problem.

I had a very positive experience visiting Dr. Sontheimer. He made me feel comfortable and calm. He expressed real concern for my condition. He explained the treatment for my condition in clear and understandable language. He took his time with my visit and was willing to address another concern of mine, outside of the initial medical concern that brought me to the clinic. Dr. Sontheimer was just wonderful! I no longer have to worry about my dermatological needs, because I plan on visiting him if other issues occur! I most certainly would recommend Dr. Sontheimer to others looking for a dermatologist.
