I love my care provider, She is very attentive and understanding about my circumstances. she does not push any of her recommendations on me. she listens well to my concerns and provide the necessary medications to my situation. one special thing about my care provider, she works so hard in my pa meds with the insurance to get them on time. thanks J. Sindt you are so great.

Very good

May 24, 2015

doctor takes time and types written description of changes so I don't have to try and remember.

May 23, 2015

I regularly recommend The Pain Management Clinic to people I meet with chronic pain. I love how functional this clinic has gotten me, because of the interdisciplinary approach

March 25, 2015

I was real happy with my visit and precedour

March 12, 2015

I am deeply touched by everyone, their genuine concern and concise responses to my inquiries

February 16, 2015

I have recommended this clinic to several individuals. I always explain that the wait to get an appointment is very worth it.

January 21, 2015

Dr. Sindt was very empathetic and made me feel like my pain was not one of a kind and not uncommon. That really eased my fears. She also noticed how I was holding my body in protective mode which probably contributes to pain. I wish I could afford to see the PT she recommended.

this has not been a good experience at all for me and I would not come back except the doctor did not correctly place my device so I have to have it fixed. for a doctor who deals in pain management it seems as if I was the pain instead of her being concerned about me. she had zero compassion for me or what happened to me and barely spoke to me at all

November 30, 2014

I appreciate the expertise of those working with me and patience in making me feel comfortable during my appointment and explaining to me carefully the follow-up appointment.

November 21, 2014

I was seen first by a doctor (not Dr. Sindt) who was very thorough and attentive. Then there was a looooong wait before Dr. Sindt arrived. She was very good. My main complaint is the time all this took.

September 29, 2014

Dr. Sindt and Dr. Habib are awesome they are both very helpful. Dr. Habib took extra time to explain things and make getting trigger points as easy as possible.

i want to say everything was really good about the group in the Pain Mgmt program a very comprehensive program that treats the whole patient not just today's symptoms. I look forward to joining the group. I did not rate "Very good" on any level only because I believe there is always room for improvement I hold myself accountable as well.

Very very helpful!

April 10, 2014

The care provider spent a great amount of time with me. She made sure I understood the pain regimen and how important it was to stay on top of the pain vs break through pain. I would definitely recommend her.

April 05, 2014

wish you had a Facebook page, I could link all my fellow stroke survivors that are excited about my journey with the pain clinic. We are all trying to learn and survive.
