I do not appreciate being pressured into having exams that I feel is unnecessary for my health and well-being.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Jacobson. She was friendly and professional.

Since she wasn't my normal provider, both she and I were less invested in the appointment. Even so, my brief encounter with her would not inspire me to recommend her to others or to switch to her as my care provider

This has been the only appointment that Dr. Jacobsen was not very friendly and personable. I am attributing it to running as late as she was.

Dr. Jacobsen is very diligent about getting to the bottom of issues I am having. I appreciate that she reviews my chart before my appointment and is up to speed on what is going on with me even before we start talking. She is the perfect health care provider.

Dr. Jacobson was very kind and understanding. One of the best experiences I have had with an OB/GTN I have already recommeded her to friends and family.

She was very nice, I did not however feel that she was as assertive or proactive as I am used to. I was new to her, so it is understandable that she did not feel a great connection to me. I left feeling 'incomplete' about the visit and that I had to ask many questions to figure out what referrals were given or recommended etc.

Dr. Jacobsen was a good listener. She was very patient with my little girl who was acting a bit mischevious, and she was positive about my wishes.

I made this appt. as my initial prenatal visit. This is my first pregnancy and Dr. Jacobson, although nice enough, did not seem to be interested in providing me with important information about what to expect in my first term. She did not take a urine sample or blood test, nor did she prescribe prenatal vitamins or give counseling on diet and exercise. An information packet was to be given to me at the end of the appt. but was not. I guess I should have asked but I was quite nervous and didn't think about it. I think, however this should be the doctor's responsibility if she cares at all about her patients. I have since learned that the above measures are standard procedure for first prenatal visits. I am going to find another doctor who will show she is interested in guiding me through my first pregnancy and has the well being of myself and my unborn child in hand.

Dr. Jacobson, is wonderful. She is personal and has a wonderful bedside manner. She treats you like you are the only patient she is seeing that day. You are not a number and she truly cares about your concerns and cares.

Janet is a new provider to me and she did a wonderful job establishing a relationship with me. She took the time to get to know me and not just in the areas that she needed to know pertaining to my health. She gave me options when it came to my prescription needs and clearly outlined what I could expect to experience and when/why to come back.

I love Dr. Jacobson. I would recommend her to everyone.
