November 16, 2014

I sincerely like Dr. CUNNIFF.

November 09, 2014

My problems are not something this physician specializes in; however, he did do a good job in letting me know what I would need to get into their rheumatology clinic.

November 08, 2014

Dr. was exceptionally thorough in explanations of x-rays and future MRI. He was very pleasant and didn't hurry with information on my condition. He instilled confidence concerning future expected treatments. I would recommend him unconditionally if you want superior care from a very experienced and caring professional.

October 23, 2014

Dr. Cuniff gaves me the confidence I needed to move forward. He did it in a very natural way - not aloof or in a hurry.

October 22, 2014

Very detailed discussion with the Intern. Doctor followed up with specifics about remedies.

October 20, 2014

Dr. Cunniff was awesome. I am a nurse and I have specific expectations of care and he met and exceeded all of them. I felt he really understood my issue and gave me confidence that he would do everything he could to help me with it. I felt I could trust him- he was very knowledgeable and helped me get the answers I was seeking. I was really impressed and I've already told many people about him. I would recommend him to anyone!

October 19, 2014

all good

October 13, 2014

Dr. Cunniff was a model of empathy & professionalism. I have already told several friends with orthopedic issues to schedule an appointment with Dr. Cunniff.

October 10, 2014

Dr. Cunniff is an amazing doctor. He took the extra time to explain my condition and made sure all of my questions were answered. I really appreciate all he has done for me.

October 03, 2014

Dr. Cunniff is the 1st doctor in 11 years of getting pills throw at me to curb the pain, that actual taken the time to provide other long term remedies that work.

September 29, 2014

I am extremely happy with Dr. Cunniff and his staff

September 29, 2014

The doctor didn't even bother to sit down and was ready to leave as soon as he came in. Also felt that not enough details were examined before being told about doing yoga regularly, no idea what kind either, was just a wasted visit, time effort and money.

September 19, 2014

Dr. Cunniff was genuinely concerned with the pain I was suffering from and was eager to find a way to alleviate that suffering.

September 18, 2014

all good

September 12, 2014

This was the worst visit I have EVER had! Bedside manner of the dr was horrible and he made me feel like my problem was minimal. I went there looking for answers and got nothing but attitude and degraded

September 05, 2014

Reassuring. I Felt confidence in him.

August 26, 2014

I left with the same ailments that I came with. I waited a month to be seen and all I get was that they cannot figure out what is wrong with me and to have a nice day.

August 13, 2014

He explained what was wrong. I just left feeling like I had no idea what to do about it. He just said there were things that could be done even though the condition couldn't be solved. He didn't go into detail about what I could do.

July 29, 2014

Dr. Cuniff clearly is a doctor who cares, who listens well, and who communicates clearly. He seemed willing to take as much time as I needed/wanted for questions/explanations. I give him my hiighest recommendation.

July 25, 2014

good

July 16, 2014

Any questions I had were answered, with a model of spine & explain tion of next procedure.

July 01, 2014

my experience with Dr. Cunniff is excellent. He is very attentive in listening to me and treats me with respect and concern

June 23, 2014

Dr. Cunniff is very professional, kind and experienced. I was very pleased with his attention to details and the way he explained my condition, the cause of the pain and the modalities of treatment options.

June 16, 2014

Excellent care

May 27, 2014

Dr . Cunniff is a great doctor!!

May 06, 2014

doctor seemed good. communications very poor between receptionist and doctor

April 22, 2014

he acted like it was my fault he was late

April 20, 2014

I was very impressed by Dr. Cunniff's professionalism. He presented himself to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He seemed concerned about my problems and eager to help me find a solution. I feel very confident going forward under his care.

April 19, 2014

at first i was a little scared but after talking to the doctor he said i have a better than good chance i will be okay

April 13, 2014

I don't plan on visiting with Dr. Cunniff again. He didn't seem like he cared at all that I was there. It was like I was in the way or interrupting something more important. He spend more time talking with the intern in medical talk about things I may or may not have without communicating to me in a way I could understand. I felt very uncomfortable with him. I didn't feel like he wanted to help me, more like it was something he had to do before he went home. I will not be returning to him and I will discourage others from seeing him.

April 10, 2014

I very much appreciated 2 things: 1) Since my current problem is related to a former condition, I liked that what I had to say about the former condition was taken seriously and not dismissed. 2) I liked being able to look at the x-rays taken during my visit while the doctor explained what he saw in them.

March 25, 2014

Dr. Cunniff is an OUTSTANDING physician. I am so pleased that he is working on the condition of my left leg, foot, toes, thigh and lower back. His professionalism is SUPERB. His knowledge of the material and ability to solve problems is very welcome to me. My primary care physician "missed" and/or did not act or respond to my conditions. Dr. Cunniff quickly diagnosed the problems I have been having since an automobile accident in December 2013. He prescribed an investigation and positive treatment plan and has already acted on his plan.

March 17, 2014

very good

March 17, 2014

felt rushed unheard about pain levels and medications for pain.

March 11, 2014

I'm very impressed with Dr Cunniff

February 24, 2014

All good

February 19, 2014

Dr. Cunniff is by far has treated me with courtesy and caring and has provided me with the the best orthopedic diagnosis and treatment of the 5-6 other doctors I have conferred with regarding my existing problems. Truly a gem for a great orthopedic center.

February 08, 2014

felt as if I was completely dished by Dr - either tell me tough, live with it not to try something that I had been doing for over 10 yrs and provided no relief (but something I was not currently doing)

January 25, 2014

He always answers my ? but does sometimes seem like he is too busy

January 24, 2014

Definitely will recommend this place and Dr to everyone.

January 13, 2014

The consummate professional. Mature, competent, open, direct.

December 16, 2013

I have seen doctors regarding my condition in other networks and states. One of the most important characteristics that is difficult to find consistently in care providers is the ability to listen. To really listen and hear what the patient is saying/explaining.

December 11, 2013

provided clear plan for recovery

December 10, 2013

Dr. Cunniff shows concern and empathy.

November 22, 2013

Dr. Cunniff appeared very concerned about my care and outcome. He spent time with me looking at my MRI and addressed all my concerns regarding its results.

November 18, 2013

I have been sick for 2 years and a back injury for a year and a half, since an Afghanistan military deployment. After being treated by the VA and getting no diagnosis, I have turned to the U of U. The U Of U has given me two diagnosis'. thank you! I hope to be able to continue my care with you.

November 18, 2013

I tried to be as informed as possible at the follow up appointment to ensure I knew I was making the best decision for myself. I was sorely disappointed in the care I recieved from the care provider. He was unwililng to answer my questions and explain why he wanted to pursue to course of treatment. He did not follow up in a timely manner and was defensive about my questions and said, "I was a chiropractor before I became a dr. I know that won't help." There were less invasive options and it seemed like all he wanted to do was shoot me with steroids and send me on my way without treating the source of inflammation. He was rude and not willing to listen to my concerns, i would absolutely never see him again, or recommend him to anybody else.

October 28, 2013

I have been pleased with my care and Dr. Cunniff.

October 07, 2013

I have had good care from Dr. Cunniff. He has helped me a great deal. He is always in a hurry and I sometimes wish he could spend more time with me but for the most he does a very good job.

October 02, 2013

Very good

October 01, 2013

the Dr. was great. I just wish I had more time with him.

September 25, 2013

I waited for far too long, then when he finally made the trip in, he spent maybe 5-7 minutes and administered the same test within 1-2 minutes.

September 21, 2013

Dr. Cunniff is a very caring, skilled physician who has helped me greatly.

September 03, 2013

I consider him an amazing doctor with such a personable manner on top of superior knowledge and expertise!

August 23, 2013

the entire staff eased my anxity of having a "needle" in my back, cattering to a baby, me. Thanks

August 20, 2013

I was exceedingly happy with meeting and working with Dr. Cunniff.

August 05, 2013

excellent provider in every way - competent, friendly, inspires confidence

August 05, 2013

I told the doctor that I had stopped taking my sleeping medication and he acted upset and suspicious that I was taking it. He asked if I got that from another doctor because he does not recommend taking that with the pain medication. I told him my PCP's name again, but this medication has been listed in EPIC since I began seeing him. I am a little concerned about that.

May 01, 2013

Highest praise for Dr. Joseph Cunniff. He was fully explanatory about my situation, had excellent eye contact, was very complete in his demonstration of my medical needs now and in the near future. He answered all questions in full and with complete attention given to me. I did not feel hurried, only cared for.

April 26, 2013

have had injections by other doctor but never with the the degree of relife i've got with dr. cunniff.
