Amy Whipple was excellent in carefully and thoroughly answering questions and concerns, as well as taking the time to review MRI images with me to answer my questions in greater detail.

Although I was sad to find out that there is no easy cure for my condition, I felt confident she went through the proper channels to determine that what she explained was wrong with me was right, and she too was a real person who discussed and explained my medical condition in a way that was on my level. I could tell she researched every aspect of my condition prior to coming in to see me, she was much more than I expected and I was very satisfied with the knowledge she shared with me.

The PA's have been very friendly and open about my condition. They answer questions fully and are delightful to talk with. They make the experience such a wonderful experience. I have NEVER had such great care in all the facilities or offices I have encountered in my 60 years of life.

Provider not familiar with ergonomic products to support lower back. Felt judged iand dismissed n requesting professional support in acquiring ergonomic chair. Disappointed on provider not being willing to discuss prescription for continued physical therapy.

I was being seen by an outside provider and I didn't appreciate the way I was treated. It was his way or the Highway. I chose the Highway and it lead me to Amy. She was through in her exam and explained every detail of my MRI to me. The best news she gaveme was I wouldn't need surgery and I had options for non invasive treatment. I will recommend her highly.

Both people I saw were very open to explain and answer any questions I had. The most friendly clinic I have ever gone to.

This was the best doctors visit I have ever had in this area. The lady I met with was very good at being professional, taking time to explain and show everything to me, and made sure I knew what was going on, how it would affect me in the future and the best steps forward. It was a pleasant surprise.
