I was very impressed with Amy. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I highly recommend her.

June 11, 2014

I don't feel the followup on my surgery was adequate. Felt I had some extreme problems with healing but got very little reaction from medical people.

June 10, 2014

Good.

May 27, 2014

Dr Whipple seems to be a great doctor. I feel she is competent and that she cares and wants me to get the proper care for my injuries. I would definitely recommend her and I hope the excellent care given continues until I'm better.

May 25, 2014

I was very impressed with the amount of tinge any spent with me addressing concerns and issues/questions I had. Any was genuinely concerned with me and my concerns

May 13, 2014

Dr Whipple was very good about answering the questions she could. Some of them Dr Dailey needed to make the final decision on, but given the information I was given she did s good job at helping me understand what was going on & why, by showing me on the scans. Given I am a visual person it helped me to see what she was explaining while she explained it. She also showed concern as to why I was using my crutches that day, which made me feel like I was in good hands.

May 06, 2014

I still have a question about stenosis that has not been answered but I will able to ask my doctor on the day of surgery.

January 06, 2014

I have had nothing but a most positive experience from beginning to end. The professionalism of the entire staff is to be commended. Ms. Whipple is most professional, friendly, courteous and a great addition to the Neurosurgery staff.

December 17, 2013

Amy is a very knowledgeable young woman. She is very personable and engages very well with me. She speaks with you and not at you or down to you, if you know what I mean. She takes the time to review my x-rays with me and goes through and very clearly explains what she is seeing and really clarifies any questions I might have. She really is a wonderful asset to Dr. Dailey's team.

October 22, 2013

Her suggestion and expectation of what Dr. Daily would say / do was WAY off. I spent the time between first visit and second visit worried and concerned about issues that ended up being a moot point as he didn't really even mention her suggestions or plan.

October 21, 2013

Very good experience.

October 07, 2013

we went to this clinic after exhausting all other options to relieve back pain. amy did a thorough neuro exam but did not really seem that interested in my problems. her main suggestion was ice and ibroprpfen which I have been doing for years. mi left feeling e whichwinhave been trying

September 27, 2013

Amy Whipple explained and was very helpful to my husband and myself. She also answered our questions.

August 13, 2013

I didn't indicate a number on question 9. This is not meant to be a reflection on Amy and her capability. She's very young, she's very knowledgeable, and she is a delight. I would place her at very good if there was another classification, let's say absolute confidence. This was only my second time seeing her. I was more comfortable than the first time and I know this will increase over time. She is a wonderful provider and I do look forward to seeing her in the future.

August 04, 2013

First meeting with Ms. Whipple. Only firm statement was that hardware is fine and pain is not disc above surgery. Polite and friendly but often just stared at me as a response.

July 05, 2013

The PA was to discuss my condition with the doctor and then contact me to discuss further action required. Have not received that call yet

July 01, 2013

Amy Whipple was excellent. I appreciated her listening to my issues and treating with me with respect and not minimizing my concerns. I was very pleased with Amys care

June 28, 2013

I was seeing NP Hegedorn who was very experienced and thorough the new NP didn't seem to care or have the experience or background to really deal with my problems

June 24, 2013

Very Professional, didn't make me feel like she was rushing to get to the next patient like a lot of doctors do

May 31, 2013

Amy Whipple was excellent in carefully and thoroughly answering questions and concerns, as well as taking the time to review MRI images with me to answer my questions in greater detail.

May 20, 2013

i would recommend amy, her male nurse, and stacy and the univ. of utah health care to anyone.

May 05, 2013

Amy Whipple put me a great ease given the serious nature of the surgery that i'm anticipating.

April 12, 2013

I couldn't give you a higher rating.

April 09, 2013

Although I was sad to find out that there is no easy cure for my condition, I felt confident she went through the proper channels to determine that what she explained was wrong with me was right, and she too was a real person who discussed and explained my medical condition in a way that was on my level. I could tell she researched every aspect of my condition prior to coming in to see me, she was much more than I expected and I was very satisfied with the knowledge she shared with me.

March 13, 2013

All good.

March 12, 2013

good

February 23, 2013

The PA's have been very friendly and open about my condition. They answer questions fully and are delightful to talk with. They make the experience such a wonderful experience. I have NEVER had such great care in all the facilities or offices I have encountered in my 60 years of life.

February 21, 2013

Provider not familiar with ergonomic products to support lower back. Felt judged iand dismissed n requesting professional support in acquiring ergonomic chair. Disappointed on provider not being willing to discuss prescription for continued physical therapy.

February 20, 2013

I was being seen by an outside provider and I didn't appreciate the way I was treated. It was his way or the Highway. I chose the Highway and it lead me to Amy. She was through in her exam and explained every detail of my MRI to me. The best news she gaveme was I wouldn't need surgery and I had options for non invasive treatment. I will recommend her highly.

January 22, 2013

Both people I saw were very open to explain and answer any questions I had. The most friendly clinic I have ever gone to.

September 16, 2012

This was the best doctors visit I have ever had in this area. The lady I met with was very good at being professional, taking time to explain and show everything to me, and made sure I knew what was going on, how it would affect me in the future and the best steps forward. It was a pleasant surprise.

September 10, 2012

excellent at explaining problems and procedures

August 05, 2012

I came in with MRI and the report which showed problems, but the provider went off x-rays taken that morning and only mentioned the MRI. I have had problems with this area before which I had surgery, not happy with the results given to me
